Returns Policy

Damaged, faulty or missing goods should be reported to Art Geek within 10 working days of the delivery being received. To report these please use our online returns form below or email admin@artgeekstore.com with photographs of the damages or faults.

  • All breakages, damages and faulty goods must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of the order. Where the correct stock is available, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent back to the consumer, where this is not possible, we will process a refund for that sale to the customer.
  • We do not accept returns for any reason other than for breakages and/or faulty goods.
